Job description

Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join their client's dynamic team in Ontario, California. This full-time role is perfect for an individual with a passion for sales and marketing who is looking to contribute to a thriving business environment.

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and sell products to potential clients.
  • Schedule appointments for senior IT consultants to facilitate client engagement.
  • Support senior consultants with necessary research and prepare marketing materials.
  • Make 20-50 calls per day to prospective clients to promote services.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating CRM software with accurate client information.
  • Contribute to graphic design projects and manage social media platforms to increase brand awareness.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing roles.
  • Excellent communication skills; fluency in Spanish is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM software for managing customer relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for daily tasks.
  • Graphic design skills and experience managing social media accounts.

    • Required Work Hours

    The position requires availability from Monday to Friday, following the 1st shift schedule.
