Overview
Kimley-Horn is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join our business team in the Raleigh, North Carolina (NC) office. This is not a remote position.
Responsibilities
The Business Systems Analyst willbe responsible formonitoring,maintaining, and providing various levels of support for the company’s business applicationsand processes includingautomation platforms,DeltekCostpoint, and other custom web applications.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
Day-to-day maintenance and administration support for UiPath,DeltekCostpoint, and custom web applications
Be the Finance team’s point of contact to provide hands-on support and escalate issues
MonitortheServiceNow helpdesk ticketsreceivedand perform level 1 troubleshooting and resolution for users’ technical issuesincluding hands-on support
Escalate issues to IT team members for advanced troubleshooting
Work with finance and IT departments to ensure requests are routed to the proper resource to be resolved quickly and efficiently
Assistin testing automations,enhancements, updates, and system changes to the current applications
Generate andmaintainadmin and user documentation, including training and reference materials
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degreeor3 years of applicable experience
Excellentclientservice skills includingvettinginitialrequestthrough problem resolution
Solid understanding of finance and accounting functions
Confident self-starter who pays close attention to detail while working in an engaging, fast-paced environment
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing requirements
Ability to work in teams, managemultiple tasks
Professional demeanor and ability to display a positive professional attitude
Experience withUiPath,Power Platform,DeltekCostpointERPis a plus
Experience with virtual machines and cloud computing infrastructure a plus
