Pleasant Holidays, one of the largest travel wholesalers in the United States specializing in vacation travel to the Hawaiian Islands, Caribbean, Central & South America, Europe, Mexico, Middle East, South Pacific (Australia, Cook Islands, Fiji, New Caledonia, New Zealand & Tahiti), Japan & Asia, the United States & Canada, and cruise vacations worldwide, is seeking an Airline Pricing Agent.

Pleasant Holidays is a subsidiary of the Automobile Club of Southern California, a diversified insurance, roadside assistance, financial services and travel organization serving AAA Members for more than 100 years.

Primary Duties :

Input monitor and maintain all Domestic and International airline fares, rules, restrictions, applicable taxes, fees, and surcharges that are used by all Pleasant Holidays products

Issue / Exchange International and Domestic tickets as required

Input, manage and maintain all intra-destination transportation segments for all International & Domestic destinations

Secondary Duties :

Assist all other departments with pricing & loading related issues as needed

Assist with flight / date changes pre and post travel

Assist Air Operations as needed

Weekly review, research and resolution of airline debit memos; take necessary steps to reduce and eliminate

Perform other duties assigned

Prerequisites :

Thorough knowledge of ATLAS system

Good communication skills

Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of airline computer systems or travel agency experience helpful

Hours / location : Monday – Friday, 8 : 30AM – 5 : 30PM, based in Westlake Village / Saturday rotation required

The starting pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00 per hour.

External hires receive $1,000 retention award payout; paid at one- year of service.
