Job description

We are pleased to announce the relocation of our corporate headquarters to in Houston’s Upper Kirby neighborhood.

Perry Homes is looking for a talented systems analyst to join our IT Applications team to support 365 F&O and our Supply Chain / Operations teams. Working closely with our IT PMO, applications teams, and business process owners you will be responsible for providing systems analyst support through the elicitation of scope and requirements from cross-functional stakeholders to deliver new features and capabilities that drive our business forward. Leveraging agile principles and delivery models you will document detailed user stories and create supporting artifacts to ensure engineering, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing teams have the required detail to deliver to defined requirements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Partner with product owners to execute on the product roadmap by working with cross-functional teams to capture business requirements and create supporting artifacts
  • Provide business systems analyst support for large transformational projects through activities such as requirements workshops, process mapping exercises, and gap analysis, and functional configuration of Dynamics 365
  • Lead grooming and clarification sessions to provide engineering, QA, and UAT teams detailed requirements to develop and test againstwhere functional configuration isn’t sufficient
  • Trace requirements through the delivery lifecycle from definition to release
  • Partner with User Acceptance Testers to ensure the delivered product meets the business objectives and launch criteria

  • Qualifications

  • College degree preferred.
  • Requires at least 3 years of relevant knowledge of business systems analysis experience in Dynamics 365 F&O; preferably in Supply Chain Management (SCM) module.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working in an agile delivery framework.
  • Experience working with Azure DevOps or similar tools preferred.
  • Experience working in agile delivery models preferred.
  • Power BI, Power Apps experience a plus.
  • Demonstrated computer skills including a working knowledge of MS Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
