What You’ll Do :

Develop and optimize manufacturing processes – focus on quoting, process design, and continuous improvement

Work with CNC programming, machining, lapping, assembly, and secondary processing (heat treating, anodizing, plating, etc.)

Collaborate with CNC operators, programmers, and engineers to drive efficiency and precision

Utilize blueprints, CAD software (NX preferred), and ERP systems to streamline production

Ensure tight tolerances and quality standards in a high-precision machining environment

What You Need to Succeed :

• 4+ years in a precision machining environment (CNC lathe & mill-turn experience required)
• Strong process engineering background – experience in quoting, process design, and manufacturing optimization
• Understanding of secondary processing (heat treating, plating, anodizing, etc.) and how it impacts production
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred , but 8+ years of experience can substitute
• Aerospace industry experience is a plus, but not required
