The Systems Administrator will coordinate activities related to the installation, configuration, and optimization of computer systems including networks, servers, and phone and data systems.
Salary : $66,000

Responsibilities
The Systems Administrator will :
Install, configure, and maintain network systems : firewalls, routers, switches, APs, SD-WAN etc.Install, configure, and maintain phone system- back-end servers and handsets.Install, configure, and maintain on-premises and virtual serversInstall, configure, and maintain physical hardware, network drops, internal and external WIFI antennas etc.Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and other network problemsMonitor systems' performance, troubleshoot issues and deploy solutionsPlan and implement upgrades and patchesEvaluate new technologies to optimize network efficiency and performanceEnsure the security of related systemsEnsure the security of the IT / OT infrastructure using various EDR tools i.e. MS Defender, CS Falcon, Cayosoft Guardian.Ensure data backups are conducted, and disaster recovery plans are in placeMonitor performance of in-house systemsInstall and upgrade software and maintain licensesAnalyze performance and use and makes recommendations to enhance system performanceIdentify the system needs for new sites and coordinate related installation activitiesPerform other projects and assignments as defined by the supervisorSkills
The ideal candidate will have :
Related Bachelor's degreeKnowledge of FortiNet, FortiAP, Ubiquiti and other networking equipment.Knowledge of WAN management and optimization products such as Silver PeakKnowledge of Ubiquiti, Cradle Point, MiTel, and VOIP systemsKnowledge of Crowdstrike security platform.Knowledge of SIEM..Experience with Microsoft Cloud including Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, and Azure ADKnowledge of Windows Server 2012+Knowledge of SQLExperience with VMware vSphereExperience with administering Active Directory, DNS, Domain Controllers, File & Print servers, etc.Ability to travel domestic and internationalAbility to be on-call after hoursA valid driver's license and the ability to operate a motor vehicleAbility to climb ladders to install, configure, and repair equipmentAbility to sit, stand, walk, for extended periods, lift 50lbs, and climbTo Apply
