Information Assurance Engineer

A company is looking for an Information Assurance Engineer to support cybersecurity authorization efforts.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as an information system security engineer (ISSE) for Authorization to Operate (ATO) packages under the Risk Management Framework (RMF)Evaluate software and hardware during pre-acquisition phases to ensure compliance with security requirementsDevelop and maintain system security documentation and assist with the implementation of security proceduresRequired QualificationsBS degree and 4-8 years of relevant experience or a Master's with 2-6 years of relevant experience in Cybersecurity or related fieldsMust be a US Citizen and possess an active DoD Secret ClearanceHold an active security certification that meets DOD 8570 IAT level III or higherComplete understanding of the RMF steps, especially Steps 4 through 7Experience with eMASS and familiarity with cybersecurity tools and compliance reporting
