Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion in the brick building toy industry.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key clients, including retailers, distributors, and e-commerce partners.

Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.5+ years of experience in sales, MUST be in the brick building toy industry.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.Experience in managing accounts and working with major retailers and distributors.Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions.Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.Willingness to travel as required.
