  • A minimum of one year of scheduling or coordination experience in Home care Agency
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • The willingness to participate in a PAID on-call rotation
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in using scheduling software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office

As a Scheduling Coordinator at Affirmed Home Care, you will be responsible for :

  • Efficiently coordinating and scheduling caregivers for client visits
  • Ensuring timely and accurate communication with clients, caregivers, and other team members
  • Managing and updating schedules to accommodate changes and requests
  • Collaborating with the care management team to ensure optimal client care
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation
