Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site with remote provision, collaborative leadership role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) located in Oakdale, MN. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting behavioral assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, providing supervision, and collaborating with other professionals to create effective treatment plans. ON-SITE AND REMOTE. ABLE to provide supervision hours
Qualifications
- 1+ year BCBA certification
- Comprehensive knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Master's degree in behavior analysis or related field
- Desire and ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
- Leadership experience with the ability to provide supervision hours.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in conducting behavioral assessments and developing behavior intervention plans
