Customer Success Director

A company is looking for a Customer Success Director - Broker / PE.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform comprehensive reviews of commercial insurance programs and present findings to clientsAdvocate for customers by gathering feedback for internal teams and managing the customer renewal processProject manage the implementation process for new and existing clients while assisting with User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Required QualificationsMinimum of 5 years of commercial insurance experience or insurance account servicingPrior experience working with Private Equity Firms within a Top 10 Insurance Broker preferredAbility to work self-sufficiently and collaboratively in a remote environmentFlexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, changing environmentProven ability to meet or exceed targets within tight deadlines
