Position Overview :

  • Key Responsibilities :
  • Spearhead the daily operations of the property, strictly adhering to LIHTC regulations.
  • Supervise, mentor, and foster a growth-oriented atmosphere for the onsite team.
  • Cultivate robust ties with residents, vendors, and third-party contractors.
  • Exhibit prowess in financial management, efficiently handling property's operating expenses.
  • You can go ahead and execute and roll out insightful marketing strategies to meet occupancy, financial, and maintenance objectives.
  • Analyze hurdles impeding property objectives and devise tailored strategies using data analytics, financial evaluations, and hands-on observations.
  • Harness market intelligence to inform decisions, emphasizing LIHTC compliance.
  • Requirements :
  • Demonstrable tenure as an onsite Property Manager in Affordable Housing LIHTC domain.
  • Mastery over LIHTC guidelines and associated regulations.
  • A solid grasp of sales, marketing, and financial management frameworks.
  • Knowledge about property refurbishments and routine maintenance.
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
  • Prior acquaintance with property management software tools like OneSite, Ops, and Yardi is an asset.
