Job descriptionHillcrest Hospital South is a full-service 180-bed hospital providing a wide range of inpatient and outpatient services using state-of-the-art technology in a friendly community setting. Consistent performance has helped the hospital be nationally recognized for patient safety. Operate the CT scanner safely and proficiently Obtain a high standard of imaging and positioning Coordinate patient prepping and scanning to maximize smooth patient flow Transport patients to and from the department Communicate with physicians, patients, families, and other hospital personnel Handle telephone scheduling procedures and operate the PACS computer system Technical or Associate’s radiography degree Must be registered or registry eligible with the ARRT Active BLS certification One year of CT Tech experience Advanced certification in CT
