Responsibilities

Install Courier

  • Responsible for transporting, Installing, programing, and maintaining IGT equipment
  • Performs a variety of duties relating to delivery and pick-up of terminal and supplies at IGT facilities.
  • Load and unload terminals and supplies for distribution.
  • Complete necessary paperwork associated with transfers from warehouse.
  • Unloads deliveries of supplies from various vendors.
  • Verifies delivery receipts as needed for incoming / outgoing deliveries.
  • Performs housekeeping duties in warehouse.
  • Performs general maintenance duties as required.
  • Performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Manages and maintains assigned company inventories and assets (tools, vehicle, parts inventory, laptop)
  • 75% travel between local IGT sites, 75+% operating vehicle.
  • Comfortable and qualified to drive a 26’ truck with liftgate.
  • Must be able to pass multiple in-depth background checks

Field Technician

  • Responds to dispatches and drives to customer locations within a specified "zone" to deliver supplies and to install, remove, or repair lottery equipment and communication devices.
  • Maintain equipment to promote continuous operation of IGT equipment.
  • Troubleshoot to restore malfunctioning equipment to working order in the field. This may include swapping failed equipment, cleaning and / or minor adjusting of the malfunctioning component.
  • Communicate effectively and efficiently with Dispatchers. Accurately report activity, arrival and departure times and problems, details, and resolutions of failures to Dispatch.
  • Deliver marketing supplies and consumable parts such as paper, ribbons, bet slips, etc. and track inventory of these items.
  • Deliver basic training to new Retailers or refresher / remedial training to Retailers who may be performing procedures incorrectly, such as changing paper and ribbon.
  • Complete basic forms for reporting activities, equipment problems, recommendations for improvements to procedures, etc.
  • Attend driver training and follow IGT vehicle policy regarding the use and maintenance of the company vehicle.
  • Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of electronics, repair, field, or related industry experience.
  • Technical or I.T. related training or education is a plus. (preferred, not required)
  • Knowledgeable in electronics, data communications, or related area of expertise. (preferred, not required)
  • Physical Requirements :

  • Must be able to climb, lift and carry equipment weighing up to fifty (50) pounds.
  • Must be able to sit and drive for prolonged periods of time.
  • Demonstrate dexterity when working with tools and work with moving parts and electrical current.
  • May work at heights for installation of equipment, work in close quarters and / or; be exposed to inclement weather during some installations
