Job Tasks and Responsibilities :
- Reviews prep sheets for food preparation
- Begins and completes baking / food preparation
- Assembles catering food in baskets, trays and bowls
- Makes deliveries by vehicle or by foot as assigned
- Responsible for breakfast and lunch preparation and set up for next day orders
- Works FOH or BOH as required (secondary functions listed below)
- Responsible for clean-up duties
- Empties trash as required
Secondary Functions; Expo, Cashier, Dishwasher, Line Cook
Highlighted tasks include :

Job Specifications and Requirements :
High School diploma or equivalent or in process of completing sameMust be able to complete CBC driver training, pass a MVR according to CBC standards and maintain a valid drivers' license with insuranceState Foodhandler card / ServSafe certification as applicablePreferably a minimum of 3 months' work experience in a guest service capacity. Restaurant or retail environment preferredPossess strong guest service and communication skillsMust be able to read, write and speak EnglishMust be proficient in basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)Additional Info :
