Job description8+ years as a Hotel Property Executive Chef w / multiple outlets and large plated events Hands-on leadership style Problem-solver, and highly organized Proficient in managing P&L for labor and food costs Skilled in motivating and leading and developing one's team Effective and clear verbal communication skills Manage planning, preparation, and execution for all banquet events Ensure all Food and Beverage outlets on the property are performing to full potential Mentor and develop staff through training and coaching Deliver feedback and hold the team accountable to all standards Ensure kitchens are staffed accordingly, hire and train when needed Responsible for food product procurement Comply with all purchasing programs Ensure all equipment is functioning in proper order Collaborate with GM and Accounting for creating Budgets Comply with all county and state laws governing food service operations
