8+ years as a Hotel Property Executive Chef w / multiple outlets and large plated eventsHands-on leadership styleProblem-solver, and highly organizedProficient in managing P&L for labor and food costsSkilled in motivating and leading and developing one's teamEffective and clear verbal communication skillsHotel Executive Chef Responsibilities :
