About the Role : The Scheduler at TowerEV plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and timely coordination of our electric vehicle fleet operations. This position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach to problem solving. As a Scheduler, you will work closely with fleet drivers, maintenance teams, and operations managers to optimize vehicle utilization, meet operational goals, and uphold TowerEV’s commitment to safety and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities :
- Scheduling and Data Management
Develop and maintain schedules for fleet operations, ensuring optimal vehicle availability and utilization while minimizing downtime.
Maintain accurate records of fleet schedules, vehicle usage, maintenance needs, and driver assignments using fleet management software.Analyze fleet performance data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement in scheduling processes.Monitoring and Problem SolvingOversee real-time fleet operations, track vehicle locations and statuses, and address scheduling conflicts or delays.
Quickly respond to unexpected challenges, such as vehicle breakdowns or route changes, by implementing effective contingency plans.CommunicationAct as the primary point of contact between drivers, dispatch teams, and management to ensure clarity and efficiency in daily operations.
Ensure that all scheduling activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.General Skills & Qualifications :
Strong Leadership and team management skills.Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement in learning.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to unpredictable situations.Proactive planning and time management.Handle interacting with various team members on a daily basis.Experience in Scheduling is preferred.Strong communication and organizational skills.Must have an active driver’s license and be approved on the company’s insurance.Proficiency in English, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening.Able to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance as needed.Benefits :

Stay updated on technological advancements and utilize company tools and resources effectively.Preferred general knowledge on all Microsoft Applications including, but not limited to, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.General Knowledge of the Uber Application, and its functions.General to Proficient knowledge of ADP depending on job position.Be able to quickly learn new apps, software, and dashboards adopted and used within the company.Abide by the company’s cybersecurity policies.Additional Duties :

Employees must have reliable transportation to and from the workplace.Schedules are malleable and may be subject to change.
