Job Description

  • The goal of the Customer Service Collection Representative is to handle and resolve

outbound patient calls while providing excellent customer service while collecting on a $2500 cash goal per day.

  • To perform outbound calls to patients to collect patient liability and assist with inbound calls as well.
  • Provide payment options and address any questions or concerns the patient may have.
  • Document the outcome of the call and follow up as needed.
  • Handles patients' questions and concerns regarding billing, outstanding balances.

    Monday - Friday 8 : 30a - 5p

    Tampa, FL 33607 (On-site)

    Pay : 18.50 / hr
