Job descriptionManage group boxing classes schedule Ensure classes are filled Ensure classes start on time Recruit and train instructors to teach Gotham Gym branded classes Schedule instructors Ensure instructors arrive prior to class start time to allow time to greet all clients and help acclimate new participants Ensure instructors choose appropriate music with high energy and regularly updated and modified playlists Actively participate in training sessions, designated meetings and special events Free membership to the gym is included during the duration of your employment.
Gotham Gym is a high-profile gym seeking a Group Fitness Director. We are looking for a driven, organized, high energy superstar to join our community. We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience and ability to travel.
Requirements :
- Fluent in English
- Excellent management and organizational skills
- Ability to effectively generate and oversee large group fitness classes
- Excellent customer service skills with ability to provide genuine interactions and engagement with clients
