Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities and Qualifications :

Proven experience as a General Manager in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Drive Thru experience preferred

Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed to meet guest demand.

Training and mentoring staff to maintain high levels of performance and productivity.

Collaborating with the management team to develop and implement policies and procedures aimed at improving overall efficiency and profitability.
