Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Visual Designer, you will lead the design of
digital products from concept to execution. You will work closely with
team to ensure designs are not only visually stunning but also user-centered and highly
functional. You will play a key role in defining and implementing design systems, ensuring
accessibility, and creating memorable user experiences.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile platforms.
- Work with stakeholders to define project goals, user needs, and business objectives.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups for both desktop and
mobile experiences.
Develop and maintain design systems, design patterns, and UI components forconsistent and efficient design work.
Execute high-quality visual design across a wide range of digital platforms.Collaborate with development teams to ensure designs are successfully implementedand meet design guidelines.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and user feedback to iterate and improvedesigns.
Create interactive prototypes to communicate and test design ideas effectively.Design and implement accessible design solutions, ensuring compliance with WCAGstandards.
Ensure that designs are responsive, working seamlessly across a variety of devices andscreen sizes.
Stay up to date with design trends, new tools, and emerging technologies.Required Skills & Experience :
Proven experience as a Visual Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role.Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layouttechniques.
Experience with responsive design and designing for various screen sizes and devices.A portfolio showcasing a range of digital design projects and creative solutions.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well within a team.Knowledge of HTML / CSS is a plus (for collaboration with developers).Advanced proficiency in Figma and Zeplin for designing and collaboration.Strong expertise in Visual Design, UI / UX Design, and Design Patterns.Expertise in Usability, Accessible Design, and adherence to design standards such asWCAG.
Experience in Design Thinking, collaborating in Agile environments, and prototyping.Knowledge of Design Systems, including creating and maintaining design guidelines.Experience in User Research, Interaction Design, and Motion Design.Ability to create Storyboarding for digital media projects.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.Experience with Branding and developing brand identities.Familiarity with Agile processes and working in cross-functional teams.
