Family Medicine Physician (M.D.)

Outpatient Clinic

Monday - Friday

Seeking a Family Medicine and / or Internal Medicine Physician to work under the direction of the Lead Physician and Medical Director

The Family / Internal Medicine Physician will conduct routine well visits and sick visits, support health promotion and preventive medicine.

Qualifications

Medical Degree from an accredited School of Medicine

Board Certified or Eligible

Active MA License

DEA License or eligible
