About the Job :

Process payroll for small companies (2-20 employees) in a timely and accurate manner
Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
Prepare and process tax filings, reports, and remittances
Communicate with clients to resolve payroll-related issues

Qualifications :

Experience in payroll processing for small businesses (2-20 employees) with a payroll service or accounting firm

Strong knowledge of payroll best practices and compliance with federal and state laws

Proficiency with Payroll Relief is a plus; open to training the right candidate

Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team

Compensation :

Competitive salary of $58,000-$70,000
