Technical Program Manager

Job Description :

• Experience in planning any migration projects
• Experience in managing and delivering complex Technical Programs like challenges faced resolution etc.
• Experience in ETL Architecture design for complex project
• Evaluate the candidate in managing complex scenariobased questions. (Like : CI / CD pipelines implementation of RBAC)
• Trouble shooting and Performance experiences
• Experience in technical writeup and documentations
• Data Modelling experience
• Stakeholder management and communication
• Experience in User training and support
• Good experience in writing and debugging PySpark codes
• Offshore / Onsite Team management

Strong Technical Program Management leadership experience including 20 years leading multiple complex projects.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders including senior management to provide updates on project status risks and issues.

Collaborate with crossfunctional leaders to ensure alignment on project goals deliverables and resource allocation.

Facilitate workshops status meetings and design reviews to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the migration process.
