Our friendly Hotel Guest Service Representative provide attentive and courteous service, all while creating a memorable and personalized experience for our guests.
Greet and interact with guests in a warm, friendly and professional mannerProvide highest level of service by anticipating, listening attentively, and responding promptly to guests needsPromptly handle guest service requests and guest complaints to meet and exceed guest expectationsWork in cooperation with other departments to ensure a positive guest experienceUse computer system to make reservations, check-in and check-out guests and process paymentsPerform tasks such as answering phones, maintain a cash drawer, operate office equipmentEnsure safety and security of the property, staff and guestsWhat does success look like in this role?
