Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate book keepingCreate financial reports and perform analysisMaintain tax, insurance and compliance requirementsMaintain vendors, resources and subcontractorsComplete accounts payable activitiescompete accounts receivable activitiesMaintain low collection turn around timeMaintain petty cash fundsCoordinate and administer payroll and benefitsProvide HR administrative supportComplete and document HR compliancePerform technology setup, protection, and trackingReview, negotiate, revise & produce contracts and legal documentsKnowledge of court proceedings related to collection related processes (liens, judgement, credit bureau.)Position Requirements
A minimum two years of business experienceWorking knowledge of current business software technologiesSuperb customer service, administrative, and verbal and written communication skills2+ years of experience with collection activitiesOutstanding written and verbal communication skills, including proper pronunciation and grammar, and a consistently courteous and professional tone of voice at all timesPolite, confident, and excellent customer service skills, including listening and questioning skillsExcellent organizational skills and strong attention to detailVery self-motivated and goal-orientedAbility to multi-taskCapability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel)QuickBooks experience is a plusAbility to learn new software, including Xactimate and proprietary softwareExperience in the commercial cleaning and restoration or insurance industry is desiredAbility to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable lawSkills / Physical Demands / Competencies
This is a role in a fast-paced office environment. Some filing is required which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bending or standing as necessary. Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
