Location : Detroit, Michigan, United States

Kaizen Global Group Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a national Signage & Branding company. We are seeking a talented and experienced Creative Art Director to join their dynamic team.

Role Overview

The Creative Art Director will be responsible for preparing and designing artwork while adhering to brand guidelines. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong creative vision and the ability to streamline efficiencies and workflow within the studio environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and prepare artwork in alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite and Corel Draw software effectively.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance creative processes.
  • Implement strategies to improve workflow and efficiency.
  • Lead and mentor team members, if applicable.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience working in a studio environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Corel Draw.
  • Experience in leading a department or team is preferred.
  • Exceptional creative and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

    The role is offering a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $80,000 annually. Plus benefits.
