Construction Estimator / Project Manager :

  • Get quotes from suppliers and contractors within a specified time frame
  • Preparing and submitting quotations and details of costs for work to be done
  • Assisting with bids for new contracts
  • Monitoring the costs at the different stages of a project to ensure it stays within the estimated costs

Dump Truck Drivers

To be successful as a dump truck driver, you should be able to pick up and deliver materials according to a schedule. Dump truck drivers should perform all duties in accordance with company safety rules and VDOT road safety regulations.

  • At least, a valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License is required per the state of VA
  • Valid Medical Examiner’s Certificate and clean driving record
  • Proven experience operating a standard dump truck

    • Equipment Operators

    The Heavy Equipment Operator will operate heavy machinery for excavation projects.

  • Operates construction, excavation, hauling, and maintenance equipment including backhoes, front-end loaders, bulldozers, excavators, or grade tractors.
  • Uses equipment to prepare building sites for excavation
