Our client is seeking a dynamic and skilled Product Manager to provide support for SAP integration needs with WDPR systems. This role requires expertise in SAP FICO and HCM modules. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements for new SAP APIs and interfaces, modifying existing interfaces, and overseeing the enhancement process from start to finish. As the centralized coordinator for SAP Integration communications, changes, and testing, this position will interact with both users and technical teams.
Responsibilities :
Support Pre-Project Business Problem Elicitation, Feasibility, and Business Case Definition
- Collaborate with the business to identify issues or opportunities.
- Develop business cases ensuring benefits align with strategic and tactical business objectives.
- Support business, technical, and financial feasibility assessments.
Gather Business Requirements
Capture and document functional and non-functional requirements using various techniques.Ensure requirements are concise, complete, specific, and unambiguous, aligning with project and business goals.Manage requirements in a clear, prioritized backlog or business requirements document.Refine requirements for design and implementation by Architects and Software Engineers.Provide refined requirements for timely design / delivery.Manage scope and traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.Perform Process Modeling
Document as-is processes and identify solution options.Design and model to-be processes, performing gap analysis and identifying improvements.Ensure business processes align with business and IT architecture.Review and sign off on solution designs to verify business requirements.Ensure Requirements Traceability Through Testing
Collaborate with QA to provide business input into test strategy, plans, conditions, and UAT plans.Coordinate UAT with the business.Review and sign off on test scripts to ensure requirements are met by delivered solutions.Provide Business Change Management Support
Track, manage, and communicate changes to relevant stakeholders.Ensure end users and IT support teams are trained to use, support, and maintain applications / solutions.Provide Project Management Support
Offer subject matter expertise on business processes and systems.Assist in identifying and managing risks, issues, and dependencies.Resolve questions related to requirements or processes.Deliver documentation during each project stage.Support third-party / hardware / software selection processes.Review contracts to ensure they meet business needs.Support post-implementation reviews and incorporate lessons learned.Qualifications :
4-year degree in IT, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.Experience with business analysis techniques, such as information gathering, requirements documentation, process modeling, and process mapping.Understanding of project lifecycle stages and delivery approaches (waterfall, agile).Ability to gather and document requirements for enhancements and coordinate with users and IT teams.Knowledge of QA test cycles and processes (ALM or HP Quality Center preferred).Ability to troubleshoot technical and data errors during testing.Preferred Qualifications : Experience with UI and query tools.Experience with APIs, interfaces, SAP Integration (including IDOCs, TRANSIT, backend interface configuration in SAP).Knowledge of SAP job scheduling, variant creation.Familiarity with SAP HR Infotypes or Financial backend tables and t-codes.Understanding of data translation and middleware tools.Experience with FTP and sFTP, and encryption.Highly analytical with data analysis skills.Organized, independent worker with the ability to self-manage and meet deadlines.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle a high volume of requests.Excellent relationship-building skills with business and IT partners across multiple time zones and countries.Strong communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office products.Ability to read and reference technical specifications and data mapping documents.JOBID : 1058498
