Job Description

The Physician Liaison searches for and locates qualified Healthcare Professionals through internet, email, social media and other innovative recruiting techniques. They will work with a sense of urgency, during the sourcing process, to qualify candidates and instruct them on how to apply. They will partner with AMN Permanent Recruitment teams, to increase the number of quality candidates submitted to AMN Permanent Recruitment clients and help achieve team placement and revenue goals.

Job Tasks :

  • Source qualified Healthcare Professionals through high volume outbound phone & email strategy utilizing internal database, internet, job boards, social media and other creative recruiting techniques.
  • Submit Healthcare Professionals to AMN Recruiters as required, using specialty team guidelines to pre-qualify candidates based on experience.
  • Record key detailed information during sourcing activities to help gauge source effectiveness (quality vs. quantity and conversion rates) in order to assist the team in making strategic decisions around AMN sourcing investments.
  • Continually investigate new tools and methods to attract Healthcare Professionals.
  • Respond to any leads or referrals required based on specialty team alignment.
  • Stay informed about changing policies and procedures for the department.

Minimum Education / Certifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience

    • Preferred Education / Certifications :

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience

    • Preferred Experience

  • Competitive nature - desire to achieve and self-driven to succeed
  • 2+ year sales experience preferred, prior recruiting or healthcare experience a plus
  • Successful completion of company required training modules
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to build relationships with physicians and advanced practitioners
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong work ethic
  • Understanding of common technology, the internet and social media

    Pay Rate

    19.00 - $23.75 Hourly

    Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
