The Job

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Scan Temp) works closely with the Talent Acquisition team, in a fast-paced end-to-end recruiting environment. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Scan Temp) is a key partner in supporting Talent Acquisition activities and communicating with candidates. They are often the candidate’s first impression of the organization.

You Will

  • Assist Talent Acquisition Business Partners with candidate engagement.
  • Schedule candidate interviews ensuring a positive candidate experience, build relationships internally that will support timely scheduling of candidates.
  • Respond to Talent Acquisition inquiries that come through HR ticketing system
  • Handle the post-offer process including : language testing, background checks, licensure verification, physicals and other checks as needed.
  • Maintain communication with candidates and new hires throughout the process to ensure they have all details related to the role and our organization.
  • Coordinate onboarding paperwork completion with incoming new hires.
  • Serve as main point of contact for the agency temporary staffing process. This includes creating and positing and post agency requisitions, onboarding agency staff, tracking and maintaining records on temporary staff, maintaining agreements with current vendors.
  • Ensure new hires have completed all necessary new hire paperwork
  • Assist in tracking recruiting activities and running reports.
  • Help the Director of Talent Acquisition with projects and assignments as needed.
  • Actively support the achievement of SCAN’s Vision and Goals.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Your Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting a Talent Acquisition Team.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and Human Resource Information Systems, preferably UltiPro / UKG or Workday
  • Solid organization and time management skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail as well as being able to see the broader aspects of the recruiting process.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Maintain flexibility while working in a dynamic environment.
  • Must handle confidential information in a professional manner.
