What you'll be doing
The Patient Services Representative is primarily responsible for serving as a liaison between SRHD Opioid Treatment Services' patients and healthcare professionals (internal / external) to ensure patients receive the right information needed for understanding / guidance of the various insurance company options. Educates the patients around benefit packages and billing options. Educates and helps the patients to understand and be able to navigate the healthcare system. Understands the flows / processes of claims surrounding the various insurance plans. Works with patients to ensure financial compliance.
