Good communication skills Good analytical and problem solving skills Flexible to work in support projects Strong development experience in J2EE, Spring, Spark, Kafka, TIBCO Cloud experience in AWS is recommended Operating System - Windows and UNIX / Linux Strong experience with multiple full lifecycle software development processes, approaches and methods (SCRUM & RUP) Good communication skills Good analytical and problem solving skills Communication and Interpersonal Skills Added advantage if airline domain knowledge is present" Create solution architecture document on good level with deep technical details Work closely with business in identifying solution requirements and key case-studies / scenarios for the future solution. Understand performance issues and approaches to address them systematically Creating end to end architecture along with the deployment starategy. Co-ordinating with offshore and onshore and delivering the solution to customer Taking End to End delivery ownership
