Job description

Solution Architect leads architecture discussions throughout the life cycle of products and platforms. Conducts the assessment of feature requirements, reviews solution design / development options. Keeps focus on performance, efficiency and cost optimization. Oversees interaction with product teams for technical assessment, maintenance of architecture artifacts. Collaborates with project teams to document future stats. Additionally, develops prototypes / POC, participates and facilitates training sessions, drives adoption of new technologies and stays updated with industry best practices.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree (preferred) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Solution Architecture with Master's Degree or 5 years of work experience with Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Certified Google Cloud Architect
  • Hands on experience with Cloud Run, Data Flow, Cloud SQL, DataProc, Airflow, Big Query and related GCP services. Experience with designing high-availability, high-volume, low-latency technologies. In-depth expertise with modern analytics tools and techniques, including data discovery, streaming analytics, and related technologies. Experience in Geo-spatial analysis is definite plus.
  • Proven expertise in integrating Google Cloud Platform services into software applications.
  • Troubleshooting and debugging applications.
  • Experience with IaaC and CI / CD tools such as Tekton, Terraform, Github Actions, Jenkins.
  • Expertise in modern analytics tools and techniques including data discovery, streaming analytics and related technologies.
  • Ability to provide technical analytic / data solitions for applications.
  • Negotiation skills and ability to work with diverse set of partners / customers.
  • Excellent interpersonal written and oral communication skills to coordinate with many service owners and product teams.
