This key role is focused on harmonizing brand storytelling with performance marketing while optimizing budget strategies and nurturing a high-performing marketing team. If you have a robust background in 360 marketing, particularly in scaling DTC and retail brands within CPG, beverages, wellness, or functional products, we want to hear from you!The VP of Marketing Strategy will oversee all facets of marketing, including SEO, PR, influencer collaborations, content creation, and performance media strategies, while also managing P&L, establishing KPIs, and ensuring cross-functional alignment with inventory and supply chain planning.Key Qualifications : Minimum of 8 years of marketing experience, with significant expertise in brand development, digital marketing, customer acquisition, retention, and creative leadership.Proficient with tools such as Shopify Plus, Klaviyo, MTA software, GA4, and Excel / Google Sheets.Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.A track record of mentorship and managing high-performing teams.Experience in the beverage, CPG, or cannabis sectors is advantageous.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.Effective problem-solving skills, conflict resolution capabilities, and strong English communication skills.Join us in shaping the future of our brand and making a significant impact in the industry!Hiring Managers TitlesDirector of People; CEOTravel PercentLess than 10%FunctionsMarketing
