Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a PM, PE, or APM, with at least 2 years as a Project Manager . Strong understanding of ground-up and TI (tenant improvement) projects . Public works experience is a huge plus but not required. Salary : $130K - $150K, depending on experience. Comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, chiropractic, life insurance, and disability) after 90 days. PTO : 2 weeks annually. 401(k) retirement plan eligibility after 1 year.

Responsibilities :
- Oversee project planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Lead project meetings and coordinate with stakeholders.
- Handle RFIs, submittals, and documentation.
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
