Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about supporting clinical teams to deliver exceptional care? We're looking for a dynamic Clinical Coordinator to join our team and help ensure seamless medical documentation, records management, and administrative support for our impactful Day Habilitation programs.

2,000 New Hire Bonus offered after successful 90-day introductory period for Full Time hires, and $1,000 for Part Time hires. Paid out in two installments 3 months & 6 months. Terms and conditions apply.

What You'll Do :

As a Clinical Coordinator, youll play a key role in supporting our mission to provide outstanding care to our program recipients. Your responsibilities include :

  • Streamlining Records Management : Maintain and update electronic medical records and clinical documentation with precision and efficiency.
  • Empowering the Day Hab and Clinical Teams : Keep records accurate and up-to-date to meet regulatory standards. Assist the team with bringing their records current.
  • Fostering Connections : Receive and direct phone calls, liaise with medical providers, and ensure all documentation is completed and compliant.
  • Driving Compliance : Finalize and submit Prior Authorizations to MassHealth while ensuring records meet CARF and Day Habilitation programming requirements.
  • Supporting Treatment Plans : Coordinate with guardians, program directors, and primary physicians to approve treatment plans and manage medical protocols.
  • Contributing to Operational Excellence : Manage supply inventory, update documentation, assist with semi-annual reviews, and help keep work stations organized and ready.

What You Bring :

  • A high school diploma or GED and a knack for organization.
  • Proficiency in Office 365, SharePoint, and Word.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with individuals and external parties in a courteous, professional manner.
  • A sharp eye for detail and a passion for maintaining confidentiality.
