Job description

Location : Denver, CO ONSITE

Qualifications :

8+ years of experience with Java development, with a strong focus on Microservices .
Experience with Spring Boot , Spring Cloud , or similar frameworks.
Working knowledge of Python for backend scripts or automation.
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, SOAP , and JSON .
Familiarity with Docker , Kubernetes , and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
Experience with CI / CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git, etc.).
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
Knowledge of relational databases ( SQL ) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications with a focus on Microservices architecture .

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate solutions within existing systems.

Develop and optimize RESTful APIs and ensure their smooth operation in production.

Work closely with DevOps teams to deploy applications in a containerized environment (Docker / Kubernetes).

Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications to improve performance and maintainability.

Write efficient, scalable, and reusable code.

Support automation efforts and backend tasks using Python when necessary.

Collaborate in an Agile / Scrum environment and contribute to code reviews and best practices.

Nice to Have :

Experience with message brokers like Kafka or RabbitMQ .

Exposure to DevOps practices and tools.

Familiarity with AWS Lambda or serverless architectures .
