Executive Director for IL / AL / MC in Rochester, MN

We are looking for an experienced ED to create a culture of teamwork to care for our residents and operate this IL / AL / MC community efficiently. The 88-unit property is in a beautiful setting and has received extensive renovation.

We need a strong leader who will focus on :

• The recruitment, training, and retention of talent of both leadership and operations staff.
• Financial management, requiring skills in managing budgets as well as capital expenditures.
• Resident satisfaction to attract and retain our valued residents.

EXPERTISE REQUIRED

Leadership : to oversee, encourage, and mentor the staff including sales, nursing, activities, dining, maintenance and housekeeping.

Sales : to direct and be a part of the sales and marketing team and hold them and you accountable for results.

Business attitude : to understand that you are running a big business and will be held responsible for its financial and operational performance. And you will be rewarded accordingly.
