We are seeking the right candidate for our Showroom Sales Consultant role at our Sacramento location.

Showroom Consultants are trusted partners in the construction process. With in-depth training on brands, product offerings and features, our consultants are trained in all things luxury plumbing, lighting & appliances. We are seeking a charismatic team player with a background in sales and customer service. Passion around interior design is preferred, but not required. Previous industry experience is a perk, but also not required. Our ideal candidate will have great time management skills, be organized, will provide a world class experience to our clients and most importantly, will always have a positive attitude. The construction industry moves fast, so we are eager to find a candidate that thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment and is eager to achieve and surpass the goals that are given to them.

Shift : Monday-Saturday 8 : 00 a.m. - 5 p.m. with a weekday off

This is a commission eligible role with a total annual estimated salary of 75-150k.

Responsibilities :

• Work with customers, including builders, designers, and homeowners, to sell a wide range of products, which may include lighting, appliances, high end fixtures and cabinetry
• Respond to inquiries with accurate pricing, inventory and delivery information
• Greet guests upon arriving in our retail showroom, learn their motivation for their visit and developing a lasting customer relationship
• Prepare job quotations and submittals
• Assist customers, both by appointment and walk-ins, while utilizing suggestive sales techniques and handling complaints timely and accurately
• Continually improve sales skills and product knowledge to promote a professional image in the field
