CAD Designer

Our client is looking for a Distribution Designer to join the team! The purpose of the Distribution Designer is to apply technical skills to design safe, cost effective and reliable distribution power facilities for residential, commercial and industrial projects. You will be preparing project and job packages that include material lists, requisitions, labor estimates, site drawings and construction drawings for installations of electrical and power distribution projects in a cost-effective manner. There is full training provided!

Must Haves : Own reliable form of transportationAbility to work 40 hrs / week first shift onsiteCompleted 2 or 4 year degree in Engineering, Technology, Applied Science or related. OR related experience within power / electrical distribution.

Plusses : Any amount of past experience in utilities / power distributionPast experience with Maximo / BOUD systems
