Job Description :
This role supports Mother Baby at United Hospital.
Provides assessment, triaging, treatment planning, documentation and a variety of healthcare services to patients with comprehensive care needs, in a specialty population. Collaborates with multidisciplinary professionals to integrate nursing interventions into a comprehensive plan of care to enhance patient outcome. Specializes in a delineated area of practice with evidence-based competencies associated with that specialty. Partners with unit leaders to educate staff and other health providers to enhance patient outcomes. Services as a liaison between other departments, clinics and applicable community resources.
Principle Responsibilities
Conducts comprehensive, holistic wellness and illness assessments of individual or populations using evidence-based techniques, tools, and methods.
Assesses patterns of outcomes related to nursing practice, drawing conclusions that may require change, maintenance or enhancement.
Uses / designs system-level assessment methods and instruments to identify organization structures, functions and system-level variables that impact nursing practice and nurse-sensitive patient care outcomes.

Pay Range
Pay Range : $55.24 to $76.43 per hour
The pay described reflects the base hiring pay range. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable). Shift, weekend and / or other differentials may be available to increase your pay rate for certain shifts or work.
