Seeking a Human Resources Manager for a world leading company, in the Food and Beverage industry, in Loves Park, Illinois Location : On-Site Contract : 8 months (possible con) Pay : $65.32 / hr. DESCRIPTION : Temporary contract with possibility of hire for the right person. Middle of transition-the gum sector of the company is currently being sold. Once fully sold, this position will become direct with the new company. RESPONSIBILITIES Broad HR experience Labor relations and union relations Provide HR leadership to the Plant Leadership Team and it's employees including contractors, enabling achievement of plant KPIs & delivering against strategy. Drive consistence policy administration Support the Organizational, Education & Training pillars of IL6S. MUST : Problem solver. Work under pressure and meet quick turnaround times.
