POSITION SUMMARY / RESPONSIBILITIES
The Quality Management Special Projects Coordinator is focused on the development, monitoring and reporting of all division infrastructure and operations activities. This position is responsible for supporting initiatives by coordinating special projects and ensuring alignment with the organization’s and division’s strategic goals. Assists the division program owners with creating and updating program workflows and job aides to maximize efficiencies, productivity, reporting and training activities. Design presentation materials for program owners. Oversees the organization, maintenance and structure of the division file drive. Develops and leads the division level onboarding program for new staff members.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required. Experience in project management and project coordination is required. Experience writing professional documents or formal writing training is required. Experience with report development and presentation is preferred. Knowledge of workflow development and process improvement tools is preferred. Experience with presentation development is preferred. Knowledge of Managed Care Organization functions is preferred.
