As a Multimedia Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs across digital, web, and print platforms to support marketing, branding, and communication initiatives. Your role will involve designing and producing digital assets for websites, social media, email marketing, and online campaigns, as well as developing print materials such as presentations and posters. You will also handle all in-house printing requests, including training manuals, posters, and large-scale prints, ensuring high-quality output and efficient production. Additionally, you will assist in maintaining and updating the company website through WordPress, ensuring a visually engaging and user-friendly experience, while also editing and enhancing photography assets to align with brand aesthetics. Collaboration with the marketing team will be essential to create visuals that effectively support campaigns and initiatives. You will ensure brand consistency across all creative assets by managing a library of logos, images, icons, and templates, while also assisting with basic copywriting and proofreading for marketing materials and web content. Staying up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices will be key to continuously improving design quality and effectiveness.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, branding principles, and photo editing
• A degree in Marketing, Graphic Design or related field
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates versatility in graphic design across a variety of media

How you can Stand out :

• Working knowledge of WordPress for website design and content updates
• Expertise with HubSpot marketing hub
• Proficient with SEO
• Experience in photography
