Job Summary :

The Business Development Manager – Community Partnerships will focus on driving brand growth and establishing key partnerships within the local community. This role is designed for a proactive individual who can identify and develop opportunities with local businesses, schools, trade professionals, and community organizations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating strategies to promote the Ronbow brand, generate leads, and expand our presence in the local market.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Strategic Partnership Development :
  • Identify and build relationships with key community stakeholders, including business owners, schools, trade professionals, and organizations.
  • Develop tailored partnership proposals to align with both Ronbow’s goals and the needs of potential partners.
  • Lead Generation and Networking :
  • Proactively generate leads through outreach, networking, and participation in local events and trade shows.
  • Build and maintain a robust network of potential clients and collaborators to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Brand Representation :
  • Act as an ambassador for Ronbow, presenting our value proposition to potential partners and clients.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and promotional materials to highlight Ronbow’s customizable, high-quality cabinetry solutions.
  • Event Strategy and Execution :
  • Plan and execute local events, including grand openings, product showcases, and community gatherings, to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure events align with brand strategy and objectives.
  • Market Analysis :
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
  • Use data to develop strategies for expanding Ronbow’s local presence and driving sales growth.
  • Team Collaboration and Reporting :
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment of goals and initiatives.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on partnership efforts, outreach results, and new opportunities.

Qualifications :

  • Experience :
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or community outreach roles.
  • Proven track record of building successful partnerships and achieving growth targets.
  • Skills :
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Preferred Qualifications :
  • Familiarity with the cabinetry, home improvement, or design industries.
  • Experience planning and executing events or trade shows.
  • Work Requirements :
