Job description

Our global technology client is looking for a Paid Media Specialist. The ideal candidate will need to have 4 + years experience working as a paid media specialist within a large enterprise corporation.This is an onsite position and you MUST BE in Dallas, Tx, San Diego or NYC, NY to be considered. REMOTE IS NOT AN OPTION FOR THIS POSITION.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Manage Paid Media plans for our Marketplace Marketing team.
  • Manage and communicate paid media deadlines to stakeholders..
  • Work with and manage all paid media campaigns within WorkFront and with our agency of record.
  • Provide monthly reporting to stakeholder on campaign performance
  • Provide bi-weekly updates to team on paid media performance
  • Compile, analyze, and present performance metrics, identifying opportunities to enhance paid media campaigns and improve performance
  • Manage agency relationships to drive channel and campaign optimizations.
  • Work with central paid media team to ensure our Marketplace paid is compiling with all program standardizations and updates

Job Qualifications :

Must have 4+ years of paid advertising, paid marketing , paid social and working as a Paid Media Specialist within a large global enterprise corporation.

  • Paid Media Expertise :
  • Proven experience managing paid media campaigns (e.g., SEM, paid social, display, video).

  • Strong understanding of paid media platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
  • Experience with campaign optimization, A / B testing, and performance analysis.
  • Knowledge of paid media metrics (e.g., CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR).
  • Project Management & Organization :
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., WorkFront, Asana, Trello).
  • Data Analysis & Reporting :
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.

  • Experience with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Ability to compile and present performance metrics in a clear and concise manner.
  • Experience with creating monthly and bi-weekly reports.
  • Communication & Collaboration :
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience working with and managing external agencies.
  • Ability to work well within a team.
  • Marketplace Marketing Experience :
  • Experience working in a marketplace environment (e.g., e-commerce, online marketplaces).

  • Understanding of marketplace dynamics and customer behavior.
  • Education :
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

    The target hiring compensation range for this role is $48.159 to $53.51 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
