Position Title : Inventory Associate

Position Status : Full Time

Salary Grade : $19.00 - $24.00 / per hour

Work Hours : 8 : 00am - 4 : 00pm

Summary of Position :

The Inventory Associate is responsible for loading and unloading materials from various transport vehicles, using a shrink wrap machine to carefully assemble orders on pallets, collaborating with the logistics facilitator for smooth shipping and receiving. A crucial part of the team, the operator ensures products meet quality standards in tissue product manufacturing processes set by Outlook Nebraska.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Other duties may be assigned).

  • Manually or mechanically load or unload materials from pallets, skids, platforms, cars, lifting devices, or other transport vehicles.
  • Performs the operation of the shrink wrap machine.
  • Correctly assembles orders onto pallets for finished warehousing and shipping.
  • Coordinates with logistics facilitator to ensure effectiveness of all shipping and receiving tasks.
  • Must have a basic understanding of products and processes used to produce tissue products.
  • Ensures all products meet the Outlook Nebraska quality standards.

  • Required Education – Experience

  • Able to complete forklift operating certification
  • Basic math and reading skills
