Patient Population : Newborns requiring specialized care

Responsibilities : Lead the neonatology unit, oversee clinical operations, collaborate with pediatric subspecialists, and ensure high-quality care for neonates.

Required Procedures : High-frequency ventilation, body cooling, iNO

Support Staff : Multidisciplinary team including pediatric subspecialists

Days Per Month : 15 (for full-time status)

On-Call / Weekends : On-call and weekend schedules to be discussed at interview

Compensation and Benefits :
