Licensed Insurance Sales Representative

The Balke Insurance Agency began in December 2011 with a single agency. Since then, we have expanded to serve over 15,000 clients. Our approach goes beyond quick savings; we focus on educating our clients about the importance of being fully insured. Our salespeople are highly motivated self-starters who continually strive for excellence. We provide the necessary tools and leads to ensure our representatives are motivated and successful.

We are seeking a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative who is driven and eager to succeed. This position requires a minimum of 2 years of insurance sales experience and offers a competitive salary with ample opportunities for commission and bonuses.

Base Salary : $19 / hour

Commission : $40,000 - $50,000 annually

Total Potential Earnings : Up to $150,000 (base salary + commission)

Responsibilities

• Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with clients.
• Conduct timely follow-ups to address client inquiries and concerns.
• Utilize persuasive techniques to finalize sales transactions.
• Engage in extensive phone calling to connect with potential clients.
• Meet talk time, quotes, and education goals in the office.
• Address client objections and concerns to overcome barriers to close sales.

Requirement

• License Requirements : An active Property and Casualty License.
• 2 years of sales insurance experience is required.
• Collaborative and supportive team member who fosters a positive work environment.
• Proactive and motivated individual who takes initiative without constant supervision.
• Driven by achieving personal and professional goals.
• Must be coachable and trainable with a willingness to learn.
